Did you know that there’s a Lost Boys restaurant in London?

It’s called Lost Souls Pizza and it’s a vampire pizzeria based in Camden Town!

You can sink your teeth into black charcoal pizzas, sip on killer cocktails and dance to 80s music.

The Lost Boy is one of my favourite movies of all time and I am thoroughly obsessed with vampires so I knew I had to visit.

My friend Jess and I had a ghoulishly good time. Here’s a Lost Souls Pizza review and why you must visit this fangtastic restaurant!

Introducing Lost Souls Pizza

Lost Souls Pizza has been haunting Camden since 2017 and is the world’s only vampire pizza bar.

Inspired by the 1987 cult classic The Lost Boys, this bar will transport you to the hallowed beach town of Santa Carla, ‘Murder Capital of the World’.

It’s the perfect place for lovers of vampires and horror where you can order a black-crust pizza and wash it down with a chilling cocktail.

Oodles of spooktacular decor

As soon as you walk inside the door, you’ll be welcomed by lots of The Lost Boys decor.

The restaurant is loosely based on the Frog Brother’s comic shop so you’ll find posters, drawings and references of the cast.

The owner Pete has met many of the cast members including Kiefer Sutherland so there was an entire gallery to browse.

There was even a signed photo of Tim Capello dedicated to the bar from ‘I Still Believe’.

Beyond the Lost Boys, there are also other vampires to greet you including Nosferatu and Dracula.

Horror movies are in the soul of this bar so make sure to look around and see what you may find.

I saw lots of pieces from classics like Friday the 13th, Gremlins, and Ghostbusters.

The staff are also super welcoming and put on an incredible playlist of tunes from 80s pop, metal and rock and roll.

Sink your teeth into black charcoal pizzas

As the world’s only vampire pizza bar, they have an incredible range of black charcoal pizzas on the menu that you can sink your fangs into.

We were quite lucky to visit on Black Wednesday where they have a 2 pizzas for £20 deal.

This only applies when you tell them the Instagram password for the week. So, make sure to follow their account and keep an eye out.

They have lots of pizzas to choose from including the Santa Carla, Fangs for the Memories and Have You Seen Laddie? Plus, lots of vegan options.

I had my eye on one of their famous pentagram pizzas and decided to go for the Jack Skelly.

It came with butternut sauce, goat’s cheese, sundried tomato, red onion, and balsamic glaze pentagram. It was so pretty.

Although the aesthetics were on point, their food is not only about looks. The pizzas were freshly made, incredibly tasty and filling!

Killer drinks & Noodle box cocktails

To wash down your black dough, this vampire bar has a great range of killer cocktails you can order.

They have a daily Happy Hour until 7 pm where you can get two house cocktails for just £15.

But, as a Lost Boy fan, I knew I had to get their showstopper cocktail called “They’re Only Noodles Michael”.

Lost Souls Pizza Noodle Box Cocktail

It was a pineapple-based cocktail that came in a Santa Carla-inspired Chinese noodle box and had colourful gummy worms hanging out of it!

It was a little pricier than the rest of the drinks and wasn’t included in the offer but it was so worth it to recreate that iconic scene.

Coffin in the Crypt

If you have time, I would venture down to their Crypt on the bottom floor.

They have an incredible mural of famous Absent Souls such as Jim Morrison, David Bowie and Amy Winehouse.

But, of course, they have been transformed into vampires living for eternity!

The best part about the Crypt is the human-sized coffin they have on display.

You can stand inside to pose for a few photos which makes an awesome souvenir.

They also have their ‘Cabin’ that you can rent out with friends and sometimes they host movie nights.

Is Lost Souls Pizza worth visiting?

I think it’s pretty obvious by now but yes I would recommend visiting Lost Souls Pizza.

Pizza is a good enough reason for me to be summoned from my lair but the fact that it was The Lost Boys themed made it even better.

My friend and I had an incredible time here and would go back in a heartbeat.

It’s the perfect place for fans of killer food, vampires, horror movies, The Lost Boys or just simply amazing music.

Don’t skip the world’s only vampire pizza bar in London, it’s a scream!

How to get to Lost Souls Pizza in London

Lost Souls Pizza is located around a 10-minute walk from Camden Town in London.

It’s an area with over 1000 shops and market stalls selling street food, vintage fashion and alternative wares.

So, this vampire pizza bar makes a great pitstop to refuel.

The nearest tube station is Mornington Crescent on the Northern Line (black). Then, it’s just a minute’s walk away on Eversholt Street.

Should you reserve a table?

It’s highly recommended that you book Lost Souls Pizza to guarantee a table as it’s a cosy space.

This is especially important on weekends or when they have their special offers.

They are open from Wednesday to Sunday and you can book your table easily online.

You should check out the deals that they have throughout the week including Black Wednesday and a Vampire Pizza Brunch. This includes any pizza with bottomless fizz!

Looking for more things to do in Camden?

Camden is one of my favourite areas of London and I’ve been visiting since I was a kid.

It’s not as grungy as it used to be, but there is still lots there to see and do on a day out.

Camden Town is famous for its larger-than-life alternative shops and an enormous bohemian market.

Things to do in Camden

Here you can find vintage clothes, food stalls, jewellery, perfumes, incense, souvenirs, tattoo parlours, and more.

It’s like a labyrinth of indoor and outdoor stalls and it’s very easy to get lost.

One of my favourite shops is Cyberdog which is a rave store that’s been there since 1994. It’s whacky, colourful and a non-stop party.

Outside of shopping, there are also lots of things to do in this area including the Amy Winehouse statue, Camden Lock, Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill.

Love vampires? Same!

If you love vampires, there are plenty of fangtastic places you can visit in London and all over the world.

Just a few tube stops away from Camden, you can walk to Highgate Cemetery.

This is one of the magnificent seven Victorian cemeteries in London and has many famous people buried here including Karl Marx.

There are even legends about vampires haunting this place! You can take a self-guided tour for a small fee.

The home of vampire tourism has to be Romania and surrounds Vlad Tepes or the ‘real’ Count Dracula.

You can visit his castle in Transylvania. Yes, it is a real place!

Bran Castle is just a few miles away from Brasov in the Carpathian Mountains and is supposedly the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s classic novel Dracula even though Stoker never visited.

Even if the legend isn’t true, it’s honestly one of the best castles I’ve ever been to!

There is also Elizabeth Bathory’s Castle in Slovakia who is known as the first female vampire.

You can also visit Whitby in Yorkshire, England. This is where Bram Stoker lived for a while to write Dracula and he even mentions Whitby Abbey and the 99 steps in his book.

Bram Stoker was born in Dublin, Ireland, and is rumoured to have used Marsh’s Library for maps of Transylvania.

There’s also Salem in Massachusetts, New Orleans or Portland Oregon to find Twilight filming locations (I’m a huge Twihard)!
